Situated in beautiful Elsternwick, this intimate venue can host up to 80 guests. It is accessible via public transport until midnight (Please plan your journey in advance ptv.vic.gov.au) and parking on the main/side street is free after 18.00
The venue has a 5 person spa, 9-11 sauna, 10-13 person steam room, showers, toilets, a play area with different size beds, private rooms and open play rooms, 2×2 suckatorium, porn lounge, private sling room, bondage A-frame, mirror room (trust me, you want to check the mirror room out!), bar, smoking room, dance floor with a fixed pole dancing pole and a social lounge.
